Ship and Delivery Policy
FloraVibes(“we” and “us”) is the operator of (https://floravibes.in/) (“Website”). By placing an order through this Website you will be agreeing to the terms below. These are provided to ensure both parties are aware of and
agree upon this arrangement to mutually protect and set expectations on our service.
1. General
Subject to stock availability. We try to maintain accurate stock counts on our website but from time-to-time there may be a stock discrepancy and we will not be able to fulfill all your items at time of purchase. In this instance, we will
fulfill the available products to you, and contact you about whether you would prefer to await restocking of the backordered item or if you would prefer for us to process a refund.
2. Same day delivery
Orders up to 6 PM will be delivered the same day, Orders after 6 PM will be delivered the next day.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on weight, dimensions and destination of the items in the order. Payment for shipping will be collected with the purchase. This price will be the final price for shipping cost to the customer.
4. Returns
4.1
- Orders can be canceled before 12 hours of the actual time of delivery. If the cancellation request is received before the 12 hours delivery window, an unused credit equal to 100% of the ordered amount will be provided.
- If in case the order is out for delivery but has not reached its destination we will aim to contact the driver to cancel the delivery. However, we will only provide 50% unused credit based on the amount of the product due to its perishability.
- Unused credit can be used for a period of 6 months from the date of cancellation if not, it will be forfeited.
4.2
- Once the order has been delivered, we do not accept any product returns and product exchanges.
- No refund policy shall be made due to the fact that we sell perishable assorted flowers and flower arrangements.
- If the item received is not in good condition, the customer must notify FloraVibes within 12 hours upon receipt and provide proof to justify the complaint.
- If the complaint is found to be genuine, a replacement of the same product shall be made.
- Furthermore, no refund is applicable for any occasion arising from Customer error, including but not limited to incorrect information provided by the Customer, refusal of the receiver to receive the item beyond the control of FloraVibes, and duplicate order upon checkout supposing that there was no technical issue during the processing of payment.
